The world’s first serially produced chronograph wristwatch with a date complication. Not just a date complication, but a date, day and month complication. This chronograph is one of the crowning achievements of mid-century horological design featuring a full in house Angelus Swiss movement. Caliber 217 released in 1942.
Measuring in at a whopping 38 mm wide without crown or pushers it stands out in today’s modern crowd and was huge by 1940’s standards. Not many Chronographs are this big and bold.
